Your private pool opens to the sea from the edge of the hillside — the view unbroken, the quiet complete. Sunbeds, a hammock in the shade, and nothing between you and the horizon.
Eat & Drink
The kitchen is fully equipped for anything from a quick breakfast to a long evening meal. Step out to the pergola — shaded from the sun, open to the sea — and savour every meal and moment.
Rest & Retreat
Three bedrooms across two levels, each designed for comfort and stillness. Two are large doubles that open to the sea; the third, off the dining terrace, has a single bed and a futon and takes the fifth guest. Generous living spaces open naturally to the terrace and the view beyond.
Settle Right In
Arrive to a basket of Cretan wine, seasonal fruit, and local delicacies. From fresh linens to climate control, every detail has been thought through.
Bathe & Refresh
Vessel sinks set in warm stone, a walk-in shower, and thick woven towels — every bathroom finished with the same quiet care as the rest of the villa.
Two Identical Villas, Side by Side
Stefanos and Spyros are the same inside and out — simply pick whichever is free for your dates, or take both.
112m² across two floors. Ground floor: living, kitchen, one bedroom & bathroom, dining balcony. First floor: two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large sea-view balcony — reached by an internal staircase. Two large doubles and a third bedroom with a single bed and a futon — sleeps up to five.
Private and heated, 35m² (7 × 5m, 1.4m deep), open March–November, with sunbeds and a hammock at the water’s edge.
Check-in 15:00–23:30, check-out by 11:30. Let us know your arrival time so we can welcome you personally.
Free WiFi throughout, and free private parking on-site at each villa.
Children of any age are welcome, and pets are welcome on request — both at no extra charge. Smoking is not permitted indoors, and the villas do not host parties or events.

The villas are built into the hillside, with steps from the parking area down to the entrance and an internal staircase between the two floors. There is no lift, so the upper bedrooms mean stairs — worth knowing if anyone in your party finds them difficult. One bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor.
There is a village shop down in Kato Rodakino, a couple of minutes away, and tavernas on the beaches below — Taverna Polyrizos and Taverna Yiannis at Polyrizos, Arokaria at Korakas, roughly ten minutes down. For a full supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy or a cash machine, Plakias is about twenty minutes inland. In March, April and November it is worth ringing ahead: the beach tavernas run on a summer season and their hours vary.
