Two ways to book, and they settle differently. Booking online through the calendar above settles the full amount. If you’d rather book by email, we take a 30% deposit to confirm and the balance four weeks before you arrive — write to us and we’ll set it up.
Cancellations more than eight weeks before arrival are refunded less a 10% handling fee; inside eight weeks we refund only if we can re-let the dates. We recommend travel insurance. Every booking is handled directly by the villa’s owners.
Checkout runs on our own reservation system, Smoobu. You can pay by card, bank transfer, SEPA direct debit or Klarna; card payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach us. Either way the booking goes straight to the villa owners, with no OTA commission in between.
Minimum stay is three nights, rising to four or five over peak summer dates — the calendar above shows the exact minimum for the dates you pick.
The quoted rate does not include Greece’s national Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (€15/night April–October, €4/night November–March), which is set by law and collected separately at check-out.
